I have held senior leadership roles in education and technology, including serving as a Senior Director and Director within complex organizations. In these roles, I worked closely with executive teams and Vice Presidents on strategy, organizational structure, and leadership priorities. My experience includes leading leaders, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and navigating organizational change at scale.
Alongside formal leadership roles, I have supported Directors, Vice Presidents, and people leaders through coaching and facilitation. This work has focused on leadership decision-making, managing managers, and navigating periods of organizational change. I have coached within organizations undergoing significant structural change and facilitated decision-making across multi-stakeholder environments.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and hold certifications in project management (PMI) and change management (Prosci). My work is grounded in professional coaching standards, clear boundaries, and confidentiality. I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and bring a structured, non-directive approach to leadership work.
